La nostra cremosa salsa al cheddar e patate viene mescolata con pasta cavatappi, poi stratificata con cavolo riccio e cipolle caramellate. Il tofu croccante "bacon" è amalgamato con la nostra salsa BBQ signature, poi completato con pepitas poblano piccanti sottaceto e cipolle croccanti.
