Broccoli Cheddar Mac (4 Servings)

My kids actually fought over the last spoonful of the roasted broccoli, which never happens. The garlic in the creamy sauce comes through just enough without overpowering, and the cavatappi holds the cheese perfectly. Four servings was spot on for our family dinner.
