Opened the can expecting a thin soup, but it's genuinely thick and chowder-like, the kind that sticks to your ribs on a cold night. The cauliflower and potato chunks are substantial, and the beans add a nice heartiness that makes it feel like a complete meal.

The creamy northern beans give it a heartier texture than most chowders I've tried, and the cauliflower melts right into the broth. I've been eating it for lunch three days straight and it's still comforting every time.
