Indické 'máslové' tofu

The sauce is so rich and buttery you’d swear there’s dairy in it, but nope—it’s all plant-based. I microwaved a bowl for lunch and the cinnamon and garam masala really come through, making it taste way more homemade than takeout.

The garam masala and kashmiri chili powder give it that deep, smoky kick I usually miss with vegan takeout, and the tomatoes keep the sauce rich without being heavy. I ate the whole bowl in one sitting and already want another.

The cinnamon really comes through in the sauce—it's warm and deep, not just spicy heat. The tofu held its shape nicely in the creamy tomato base, and honestly, the whole bowl felt like a proper cheat meal.
